Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Control Panel Builder/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling, wiring, and testing control panels for various industrial applications. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and functionality of control systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and specifications to assemble control panels according to project requirements.
  • Select and install control components, including PLCs, HMIs, power supplies, relays, and other control devices.
  • Wire control panels neatly and efficiently, following wiring diagrams and industry standards.
  • Perform functional testing of control panels to verify proper operation and compliance with design specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during panel assembly and testing.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in control panel assembly and wiring.
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles, circuits, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Certification or training in electrical technology or a related field is preferred.
